Erin & Michael’s Clemson University wedding day was the definition of classic Southern elegance. It’s always an honor to make it back to Tiger Town. A ceremony at Cadden Chapel and a formal reception at the newly enclosed Owen Pavilion at the Madren Center. Every detail—down to the crisp white tuxedo Michael wore—reflected their refined and heartfelt vision.

The Ceremony: Cadden Chapel on Clemson’s Campus

Tucked just off the main road near the Brooks Center, Cadden Chapel is one of the most intimate and charming places to get married on campus. With its vaulted ceilings, warm wood beams, and beautiful natural light, it feels sacred without being overly grand. It’s ideal for couples who want a deeply personal and meaningful ceremony space, especially if Clemson holds a special place in their story.

Erin walked down the aisle in a sleek, structured gown that echoed the chapel’s simplicity and beauty, while Michael waited in a custom white tux that added a sophisticated, modern twist. Surrounded by their closest friends and family, their vows felt incredibly intimate—and the joy was palpable.

The Reception: Owen Pavilion at the Madren Center

The newly renovated Owen Pavilion at the Madren Center is quickly becoming one of Clemson’s most desirable wedding venues—and for good reason. It’s now fully enclosed and climate-controlled, with modern finishes and floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook Lake Hartwell. The result is a space that feels both grand and inviting, and completely versatile for any wedding aesthetic.

Erin & Michael leaned into their color palette of soft blues and crisp whites with tall floral centerpieces, classic table settings, and candlelight that made the room glow. The blue sky turned to golden sunset right over the lake as guests sipped cocktails on the patio and danced late into the evening under twinkling lights.
