The only thing I love more than photographing weddings is getting to travel to photograph weddings!! This past summer I got to join Christa (Christa Rene Photography) on a trip up to the coast of Maine to second shoot Erin & Andrew’s beautiful, intimate elopement, and it seriously was what photographer dreams are made of! I blogged about the trip itself and all the sites we saw earlier at the end of the summer. If you missed that post you can view it here. The day started with getting ready photos at a the beautiful Hartstone Inn & Hideaway. Where are my Gilmore Girls fans at?? This charming B&B was like the Stars Hollow Inn in real life! It was dream photographing there and getting to stay there! We then headed to a beautiful park filled with greenery and lots of flowers. Erin & Andrew share the most personal and honestly the sweetest vows I’ve eve heard read, that made even me tear up, under an adorable shelter at the park. We then moved to the rocky coastline for some bride and groom portraits and got to finish by taking them to the Camden harbor with all the sailboats before heading back to the inn for a delicious dinner.
