The truth is, when you’re not getting leads, it’s usually because of one of two reasons: visibility or conversion.

Visibility: People aren’t finding you.
Conversion: People are finding you, but your website or messaging isn’t making them feel ready to reach out.

This episode breaks down the exact conversation I have while coaching my mastermind members about this very topic: how to diagnose your leads problem using real data so you can stop guessing and start growing.

I’ll walk you through how to check your Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ubersuggest to get a clear picture of how many people are actually landing on your website, what they’re searching for, and how they’re interacting with your pages. Because before you can fix a lead problem, you need to know which problem you actually have.

If your traffic is low, we’ll talk about practical ways to increase your visibility—like using strategic SEO, blog posts that rank, Pinterest, and collaborations with vendors to get in front of the right clients without burning yourself out on social media.

If your traffic is steady but inquiries are crickets, it’s time to look at your conversion systems. Is your website clearly guiding visitors to take the next step? Does your messaging build trust and resonate with your dream clients? Are your offers aligned with what you actually want to book, and are you priced for growth rather than survival?
