Happy Thanksgiving! I’m gearing up for my third dinner of the night (no shame :)) and recounting all the things I am thankful for this year. One of the things that comes to mind is the amount of weddings I have been able to photograph. God has provided me with an unbelievable amount of opportunities with some very amazing couples and photographers. I am so excited with how much I have been able to learn and how quickly I’ve been able to grow my business. It could not have been possible without the Lord’s blessing and direction, and I am so humbled and thankful for that. Photography is my passion. I get so much pure joy out of making new friends and telling their stories in a way that generations to come can cherish. I truly hope that we take the time to be thankful today and each day. There is so much going on in the world that is disheartening and downright discouraging, but each new day is a gift, and it holds insurmountable opportunities just waiting to be seized. We can live a life full of thankfulness if we decide to dwell on the positive and believe the best. So enjoy this day with friends and family, and don’t forget to give thanks!

I’m a big sucker for sweet daddy-daughter moments, and these two were no exception. Just wait till you see this dad and daughter during their dance together!

How cute is this idea? Guests could write their well wishes or advice on little paper leaves and hang them from this tree stand. I thought that was so creative and so perfect to go with Victoria & Landon’s Fall themed wedding and reception!!
