What a way to end 2018 with a bang!! On the second to last day of the year, Emily & Cody tied the knot surrounded by their closest friends and family, and it was an incredible day! The Charleston weather was shady and warm, and it was perfect for pictures and keeping everyone comfortable throughout their outdoor ceremony. There were so many special moments during this wedding day from the sweet horses on the property that we got to take bridal portraits with to the creative semicircle ceremony setup that I loved with a musical trio played elegantly. I mean, seriously every detail was so thought out and planned extremely well! To top off the night, Emily prepared a special song to play for her father on the piano in lieu of a traditional father-daughter dance, and the groom and his mother performed a super fun choreographed dance during their mother-son time on the dance floor! Then, we go to sneak the newlyweds out to the gazebo lit up by string lights and surrounded by water for a few more portraits that turned out to be favorites before sending them off with a grand sparkler exit! I will always remember this wedding as the best way I could have ended such an amazing year serving the best clients around! Enjoy the rest of these images from Emily and Cody’s special day!!
