How can I be the best version of myself? When will I FINALLY be happy with the current me? We might not explicitly think these questions, but our brain fog and generally negative stream of consciousness can really mess with us. We look around for benchmarks to let us know how we are doing. Oftentimes, we feel discontent because we are always striving to be “better” yet never actually achieving that in a meaningful way.
