Love is in the air, and today I have the pleasure of sharing AC & Ian’s heartwarming proposal photos. I got to head back to my alma mater, the University of South Carolina Law School, for this session. It was the beautiful backdrop for AC and Ian’s unforgettable surprise proposal!

Ian contacted me months ago to schedule a photo session in front of the very law school where their love story began. Little did AC know that this photo session would be the start of a new chapter in their lives. As we moved from one pose to another, laughter filled the air, and the love between them was obvious.

As the session progressed, I suggested the next pose, and that’s when everything changed. Ian got down on one knee and asked AC the most important question of their lives. She was filled with excitement as she shouted her answer!

As if the proposal itself wasn’t magical enough, AC’s family and friends had been patiently waiting inside the law school, ready to burst out and join in the celebration. With champagne bottles in hand, they emerged, beaming with joy, to toast to the newly engaged couple. Laughter, tears of happiness, and heartfelt embraces filled the air. It was truly an unforgettable experience.

The celebration then moved to AC’s favorite restaurant, where we gathered with their loved ones for a memorable evening of dinner and drinks. The atmosphere was filled with love, excitement, and anticipation for the journey ahead.

To AC and Ian, congratulations on your engagement! May your love continue to blossom and may your journey together be filled with endless joy, love, and beautiful memories. I can’t wait to photograph your wedding next year!!
