When planning our weeklong retreat out west, we knew it would be cold and snowy. But what we never could have predicted was how magical it would be because of that very fact! On our final shoot day, we ventured all the way up to Pray, MT to the incredibly luxurious Sage Lodge. A wintery storm was on the horizon. As we braved the flurries and the wind, something magical happened. Keep scrolling for more of this Sage Lodge elopement.

One of the coolest things about styled shoots is getting to try your hand at unique and beautiful scenarios you might not encounter on typical wedding days. With the snow, we experienced a shooting environment we might not normally on the east coast. What resulted was the most unique and beautiful photos! This elopement had the perfect mix of bright colors and wildflowers with the cinematic effect of sweeping landscapes and dramatic wind. This shoot had it all.
