Whether it’s vacation, the holidays, or an unexpected life event, building a business with freedom in mind is crucial. The true measure of success (I believe) is not measured in the dollar signs or the follower counts. But truly, success = freedom. Freedom of time being the most important! Today I’m sharing 5 tips and personal examples on how to feel more free in time away from your business this year. Take time off in your business this holiday season!

If you’re here and running your own business, it’s so important to build your business around your life and not vice versa. It seems like a simple concept, but it can be very hard in practice. As I’ve recently stepped back from my business (like working only 14 hours in the past three weeks), I’ve been so thankful for a business that allows me space. Space to attend to unexpected life situations, to take vacation, and to be present with family without work looming over the holidays.
If you’re craving this type of freedom too, this episode is especially for you! give it a listen and let me know what you think. My “door” is always open for questions: hello@nicholelaurenphotography.com
