As spring blossoms at Clemson University, so too does the excitement of impending graduation. Recently, I had the pleasure of capturing Olivia’s Clemson University senior photos. Fun fact is that Olivia is Hunter’s cousin and I photographed her high school senior photos just a few years ago. (Scroll all the way to the end for a flashback!) I can’t believe she’s all grown up and ready to graduate college! Time sure does fly.

Lucas, her boyfriend, came for moral support. And also to wrangle to absolute star of the show, Rooney! Rooney is Olivia’s lovable and crazy black lab. I always love it when I get to chance to have a dog at a session, and Rooney was cracking us up! One thing is for sure, this guy loves his mama and does not like to be separated from her!

How I got my start at Clemson

As we moved from one picturesque location to another, I was reminded of some of my very first portrait sessions taken right here back in 2015. I graduated from Clemson, and this campus is really where my business was born back in my junior year of college. I’d trek the halls of Clemson looking for bulletin boards to hang my word document flyers. Groups of senior girls were my best customers back then, and I’m so grateful for that start. Makes me nostalgic just thinking about it!

As Olivia’s senior session drew to a close, it was impossible not to feel a sense of pride and admiration. In May, Olivia will walk across the stage, ready to embrace the future that awaits. We are immensely proud of her and can’t wait to see where her path leads next. Congratulations, Olivia!
