Courtney and Jake chose the lake as their engagement session location, and I couldn’t love it more. As summer comes to an end, I’m always sad to see days by the water get fewer and further between. I love the lake, ocean, pool, you name it! I’m a summer girl though and through. And any time we get to be near water for a session is my favorite.

When it comes to choosing the ideal location for your upcoming session, consider a place that either holds a lot of meaning for the two of you or is a place where you can have an adventure. Courtney and Jake chose both. They also brought their beautiful great dane, Nala, along for photos. She absolutely stole our hearts! Couples, if you ask to bring your dog to your session, the answer will always be YES!
