Another year is coming to a close, and like everyone else in the world, I’ll say, “Where has the time gone?” The days are long, but the years are short. I am so thankful for all that 2022 was and how many lessons I learned. Join me as we reflect back and share some insight into how this year changed me for the better.

22 Lessons I Learned in 2022

1. You CAN do the things you’ve always wanted to.
2. Living your dream life doesn’t mean living the perfect life.
3. Stop “should-ing” on yourself.
4. There is always room for improvement, but that doesn’t mean you can’t be happy and enjoy right now.
5. Rest is productive.
6. My achievements are not the best thing about me.
