Summer nights are quickly slipping through our fingers, and I’m soaking up every last bit of that warm glowy light. There is simply nothing better than summertime engagement sessions, especially if we get to take Downtown Greenville engagement portraits! Claire and Jonny popped into my life just a few weeks ago, and it was an instant YES. From the first phone call, I knew Claire was a kind soul and the exact definition of a Nichole Lauren Bride- joyful, kind, and full of excitement.

I met up with Claire and Jonny on Labor Day weekend, after Claire had a tiring few hours driving home from college. You wouldn’t have guessed it though! The energy and love I felt just radiating from these two was inspiring, and that’s 1000% my favorite part of getting to witness my couples love stories. It’s so cool getting to see each couple’s connection unfold during our time together. No two couples are alike, and that means each session is unique even if I’m in a familiar location.

We decided on the city vibe, starting at the Grace Church Downtown steps which are the perfect mix of elegance and class. Then Claire switched into another equally pretty, yet more casual little black dress, and we had the best time bouncing around on the parking deck rooftop just next door.

Y’all, when I tell you my jaw was ON THE FLOOR while editing these, I’m not lying! There were so many favorites, it was incredibly hard to narrow down this post.
