What’s New?

2024 is all about about intentionality, in life and in my business! It’s so important to maintain balance and prioritize personal well-being rather than feeling constantly pressured to hustle. Tapping into my creative side and allowing myself the freedom to make things happen in the moment and follow my business vision is a huge goal for me this year, which leads me to the Creative Educator Conference. It was such an amazing experience! You’ll have to listen to the episode for all the details but here are some key takeaways:

• Make the first move! In business, friendships and life, the people who make the first move are never lonely.
• Dig into your passion! Where are you needed? What fills you with excitement for your business? Success is about more than just making money. Doing what you love and are passionate about is important too.
• Be a thought leader in your industry! What do you want to be known for? Finding your area of expertise and using it to grow your business is so valuable.
• Don’t play small! Delegating and outsourcing the non money making tasks are an awesome way to grow your business and allow you to focus on creativity.

These are just a few of the things I learned that really resonated with me. The conference was awesome and really shifted my perspective on some of my goals for my business this year. I’m so excited for you to listen to this episode.
