The Heart Behind the Mastermind:

• Reflecting on my journey, I realized my passion lies in serving one-on-one with clients, rather than just offering courses without follow-up.
• Attending a conference earlier this year led to a breakthrough: I craved a more personalized approach to helping others grow their businesses.
• Thus, the Nichole Lauren Mastermind for photography business owners was born, filling a gap I had identified in the market.
• The program was designed to offer accountability, strategy, support, and a community for photographers with established businesses.

Mastermind Program Details:

• The program runs for 12 weeks, featuring bi-weekly group coaching hot seat calls, monthly one-on-one coaching calls, and unlimited Voxer support.
• Additionally, members will enjoy an in-person retreat in Charleston, South Carolina, where we’ll mastermind together and have some fun.
• The current round of the mastermind is underway, but stay tuned for future openings if you’re interested.

Launch Strategy Overview:

• The launch process began with an audience survey to gather feedback and tailor the program to my audience’s needs.
• Four weeks of nurture emails followed, building anticipation and rapport with my email list.
• Despite initial setbacks during the promo week, I persisted and pivoted my approach with guidance from my coach.
• Shifting my mindset from discouragement to determination, I focused on engaging with potential clients directly, resulting in valuable feedback and connections.

The Beta Testing Decision:

• Recognizing the need for social proof and testimonials, I decided to offer a beta version of the mastermind program at a reduced rate in exchange for feedback.
• This decision allowed me to gather invaluable insights, refine the program, and build momentum for future launches.

Despite facing challenges and setbacks, the launch of my mastermind program taught me valuable lessons in resilience, adaptability, and the power of community.
