The number one thing I hear from business owners is that they need help but they don’t know where the help is most needed. These are 4 coaching strategies I use with my own coaching clients to help them win BIG is business!

Brain Dumping

What do you feel is holding you back in your business? Grab a piece of paper and something to write with, and just pour it out. Write down every single thing you can think of that holding you back from the goals you’re trying to achieve, anything that feels present in your business. Now you’re going to go back through it either with your coach or yourself. This is going to help you strategize and narrow your list down to maybe 5-7 important areas where you really want to see success in the next few months.

Time Tracking and Analysis

If you’re not tracking what you spend time on in your business, you’re missing opportunities to grow! Using a resource like Toggl is a great way to get down to the nitty gritty and see what you’re spending the most time on in your business. Time tracking give’s you a bird’s eye view what you’re working on and pouring time into. From there you can make adjustments as needed to really maximize your efficiency.

Create your “Love” and “Don’t Love” Lists

What are the things that get you super excited in your business that you could spend all day on? Okay, now what’s something that you dread doing and tend to put off? Creating these lists will help you see areas that aren’t the money makers, but are necessary to your business. Outsourcing some of those “don’t love” task could actually be a great investment for your business!

Focus on money generating activities

What’s making you the most money? Potentially what’s making you the most money might not be the thing that you really enjoy doing. Figuring out what that is and getting ahold of those money generating activities is definitely worth your while. Using tip #2, you can cross reference what you’re spending your time on with how much that activity is making you!
